While Dr. Kothur is very caring I wax given the wrong prescription. I then received a call stating they would fax in a correct prescription to Walgreens I then wax advised they couldn’t do that with this type prescription I had to pick up the correct prescription at the Surprise office They had to find and reprint it I received a 1 month prescription and will have to go back to this office every month to get a new script
